Sarah is a workplace psychologist, arts therapist, and ICF-accredited life coach, currently completing a PhD at King’s College London on whole-institution approaches to mental health in academia. She works with teams to design, deliver, and evaluate mental wellbeing and positive mental health literacy initiatives, supporting students, faculty, and staff to thrive.
With a background in educational sciences, workplace psychology, and arts therapy, Sarah brings a multidisciplinary approach to her work. Sarah has led international teacher training projects in Iceland, Finland, and the UK. She previously worked as Chief Therapist at InsideOut, a mental health tech start-up, where she addressed workplace mental health stigma and helped deliver free therapy and life coaching to employees. She has also collaborated with Perlab, in partnership with Yale University, to deliver emotional intelligence training in schools and organisations. At the heart of Sarah’s work is a belief in the power of bridging disciplines and connecting ways of understanding the world around us to support deeper self-expression, unlock potential, and create meaningful, sustainable change. Sarah is committed to providing an inclusive and culturally sensitive approach in her work with clients. Sarah lives in Florence with her family and works both online and in person, in English and Italian. |
