My story

Sarah moved to London in 2014 to follow her dream of becoming an arts therapist. She qualified from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (UoL) and is an experienced registered professional with the Health and Care Professions Council. She is also a qualified, ICF accredited, Transformational Life Coach specialised in working with teenagers and young adults, professionals and women.

Sarah's background is in Educational Sciences, she has an MA in Pedagogy, which she graduated with summa cum laude. Her thesis focused on her pioneering teacher training project in Finnish schools with ACLE. During her BA, Sarah specialised the impact of creativity on human development, studying six months at the University of Reykjavik, in Iceland.

Sarah's drive and thirst for knowledge brought her to work in schools and universities in Iceland, Finland, France, Italy and the UK. Sarah's main area of interest is the power creativity has on the development of human potential. This passion led her from the educational field, into the arts therapy sector onwards to her current practice as a life coach.

After focusing her work mainly in the educational field, Sarah is currently working with the private sector, as Chief Therapist at InsideOut. A pioneering tech start-up, fighting mental health stigma in the work place and offering free therapy and life coaching to employees as part of their benefits package.

Building bridges between different areas of knowledge and professional sectors inspires her practice, using creativity and dialogue as keys to unlock potential, invite self-expression and enhance self-awareness in her clients.

Sarah is an ICF ACC accredited life coach and her practice in now mainly based online. She offers sessions both in Italian and English.
