Mental wellbeing training & consultancy

Evidence-based, psychologically grounded insight that supports mental health and wellbeing at both personal and systemic levels.
I design and facilitate engaging mental wellbeing workshops for groups, delivered in person, online, and in hybrid settings. Grounded in research and psychological practice, my work supports individuals, teams, and institutions to navigate complexity, build self-awareness, and create sustainable pathways to wellbeing.

Reducing mental health stigma at both personal and systemic levels is central to my approach. Because conversations about mental health can feel challenging — especially in organisational contexts — I aim to bring clarity, confidence, and enjoyment into shared learning spaces.

I’ve worked across corporate, educational, and academic settings, including roles at InsideOut, Mind (UK), and the University of London. Since 2021, I’ve also delivered mental health training and research projects with international institutions such as CERN and the Galileo Galilei Institute.

Through thoughtful, reflective dialogue, sessions support you in activating your inner resources, gaining new perspectives, and developing deeper clarity as you move towards your goals and wellbeing.

My style is rooted in authenticity, creativity, and presence, with an approach grounded in research. Sessions are tailored to your needs and designed to support a unique journey of self-discovery. A non-judgemental framework guides the process, creating a space where trust, safety, and growth can unfold.

Creativity can be integrated into sessions as an option — never a requirement — offering ways to express experience through imagery, metaphor, or non-verbal communication. No prior artistic or creative skills are needed to fully engage and benefit from the therapeutic or coaching process.

Alongside individual work, I also organise wellbeing retreats that draw on mindfulness, coaching, and creative practices to enhance focus, build confidence, and support the integration of insight and vision.
